Shipping policy

• We offer complimentary delivery for orders above S$50 to addresses in Singapore. For orders under S$50, we charge a S$3.90 delivery fee.
• Estimated standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days upon order confirmation.
• Delivery hours are Monday - Saturday, 9am to 10pm, excluding public holidays.

• We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Estimated standard delivery time is 10 working days upon order confirmation. Custom checks may result in a longer lead time.
• At this time, we are only able to ship to United Kingdom, the United States, U.S. Territories, Canada, selected countries in Asia and Southeast Asia. Please scroll down the destination list during check out to find out if we deliver to your preferred destination.
  
• Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Crimson Atelier is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
