Refund policy
We only accept returns and exchanges if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
To initiate a return or exchange, please get in touch with your order number at hello@thecrimsonatelier.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved, or to allow an exchange.
If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
